Description: OUACHITA RIVER RANCH, PINE RIDGE, ARKANSAS This ranch in Ouachita National Forest has 2/3 mile of the clear Ouachita River flowing through it. The river is broad and easy to wade for long fly fishing casts. Weighted crawfish flies are very productive for smallmouth bass. Canoe trips through the ranch are fun also. Deer and wild turkey roam the meadows and climb the ridges on the ranch. Black bear have been sighted on the ranch. This 197 acre tract leases for $6,000/ year for hunting, fishing and client entertainment. This includes use of the large two story, three bedroom lodge on a ridge over looking the river. The ranch runs 3/4 mile back from each side of the river. The ranch owns 2/3 mile of the river itself.
